 Author(s)   F. Al-hosini
Abstract   An uncomplicated approximate dead-beat regulation method for switched-mode de-de converters is presented in this report. The method uses averaging techniques for the derivation of the proposed converter model equations, referred to as the governing equation, to be used for realization of the control circuit. The governing equations for multi-state converter topologies arc derived from basic two-state de-de converter circuits. Near optimum, inherently stable function controllers arc designed using this method with a minimum of theoretical analysis and with no control loop studies.
