Abstract |
A digital measurement system for measuring voltage and current vectors together with the total distributed
instantaneous power will be introduced. This measuring system together with some calculation possibilities makes it
possible to combine the three phase values of voltage and current to a vector showing at all points the amplitude of
a rotating or standing still vector together with the total instantaneous power.
Averaging the vector over a total as well over half of a fundamental period all higher harmonic modulation disappear.
The fundamental voltage or current vector rests with it's low frequency modulation caused by frequency changing or
control strategies.
Real measurements demonstrate all the possibilities of this measuring system. With high speed microcontroller an online
measuring system can be made. |
