Abstract |
This paper derives continuous time version of direct torque control (DTC)
for an induction motor. The approach taken is based on the backstepping technique of nonlinear control theory. This gives a systematic approach to deriving a state feedback DTC controller equation and leads to significant insights into this drive control
technique. |
