| Abstract |
The paper presents the application of the electro-thermal converter fabricated in micromachined CMOS technology to the power factor correction. In MEMS technology electro-mechanical devices are integrated on the same chip together with analogue and digital electronics which process signals from micromachined sensors and create
control signals for power electronics and actuators. |
