Abstract |
A review of analytical methods used in the slot harmonics calculation is presented and discussed. As these methods lay on multiple restrictive assumptions, a new simple
analytical finite elements based slot harmonics model is proposed, including saturation effects and actual geometry. The model is finally validated by comparison with a finite elements
simulation of the air-gap flux density in an actual induction machine. |
