Abstract |
The soft switching technique has proven to be a very interesting solution for low and medium power systems aiming to reduce hard switching constraints. In high power, very few applications exist. This following paper presents the analysis and the results obtained with a two phases high power soft switching (ZVS) IGBT converter. The control sequences are described as well as the comparison between hard and soft switching about losses and ElectroMagnetic Interferences. |
