Abstract |
This paper presents a new vector control system for induction motor with parameter identification based on an adaptive full order observer. The proposed method is first introduced by using the continuous approach, then its implementation by a digital control
algorithm is presented and discussed. Steady state and stability analyses including all discrete effects are investigated. A voltage compensation method is proposed to overcame the drawbacks due to discretization and digital control. Simulation results confirm the proposed method as an interesting alternative for vector controlled induction motors. |
