Abstract |
The paper describes a switched power supply (PS) , allowing the synthesis of voltage or current waves witlt a
programmable harmonic contents. The aim of such PS is to facilitate the test of power components frequently used in
electrical power systems , in real operating conditions (up to 50 A) , when supplied by very distorted supply systems. In the simplest operation mode, a microcontroller allows the open loop control of the PS as a voltage source. It may also be controlled from. a PC equipped with an ND input card and a software, which allow the closed loop control as a current source. The results of some tests carried out on power transformers and inductors will be presented. |
