| Abstract |
AC-drives based on the Direkte Selbstregelung (DSR) or direct flux linkage control (DFLC) allow high dynamic performance combined with simple control schemes. This paper examines the application of the DFLC-control in synchronous machine drives. Principles of the DFLC-control for electrically excited synchronous machines are introduced. |
