Minimizing the Line Interference of High-Power Low-Frequency Converters

Abstract |
High-Power Low-Frequency converters require an optimized control strategy in order to realize a high power factor and a low line interference at their input. Various control strategies which answer to these demands have already been developed. For a comparative study, the most important of these methods are simulated with Matlab-Simulink. New predictive methods which operate in the time and frequency domain were developed and are also presented· in this paper. The superiority of these methods also holds at distorted line-input voltages. |
