| Abstract |
A high power IGBT-inverter is presented. At industrial voltages of 690V the new drive system allows an economic speed control with all advantages of IGBT-technology in a power range, which was dominated in the past by medium voltage drive systems.A special WINDOWS-software makes it possible to control and observe several drives very comfortable. |
