Abstract |
A simulation model for the transient and the steady-state performance prediction of an axial field three-phase brushless permanent magnet (PM) motor drive is described. The simulation is accomplished by using Matlab/Simulink. Comparisons between experimental
and simulation results are presented. The comparisons indicate that the method of drive simulation using Matlab/Simulink presented in this paper delivers accurate results for different
operating conditions: steady-state and transient operations. |
