| Abstract |
In this paper the interwinding capacitance of multiple layer windings
with solid wires is analytically calculated as a function of the various parameters
involved. Based on a few simplifying assumptions the different Litz wire types
can be replaced by equivalent solid wire types and the capacitance can thus also
be calculated. The results are verified by extensive measurements with different
Litz wires. |
