| Abstract |
The usage of magnetoresistive current sensors is increasing steadily in the field of power electronics.Sensors must not only be accurate and dynamic, but must also be compact and robust. An integratedSMT magneto-resistive current sensor as well as a 2 MHz bandwidth THT current sensor isintroduced. Various future applications from the wide field of power electronics are shown that openup new possibilities in the fields of industrial automation, electro mobility and more electric aircraft. |
