Abstract |
The high integration of distributed generation units (DG) in Low Voltage Distribution Networks (LVDNs) has raised many designing issues regarding their behavior in case of network disturbances. This paper presents the design principles and the power converters’ appropriate behavior that DG units must incorporate in order to meet the requirements of Fault Ride Through Capability. Also, simulation results and insightful discussion of them are included. |
