| Abstract |
In this paper, a hybrid interleaved and isolated micro-converter (5V/2A/1MHz) dedicated to low power conversion is presented. Its structure allows the implementation of planar coupler with highly reduced dimensions. The control module and the power module of micro-converter are integrated in two chips respectively in order to illustrate the system integrability and to reduce the complexity of the micro-converter. |
