Abstract |
This paper deals with sensor fault detection within a reconfigurable direct torque control of aninduction motor-based electric vehicle. The proposed strategy concerns current, voltage and speedsensors faults that are detected and followed by control reconfiguration in order to allow the vehiclecontinuous operation.The proposed approach is validated through experiments on an induction motor drive and simulationson an electric vehicle using a European urban and extra urban driving cycle. |
