Abstract	Non-thermal plasma technology systems often require high voltage, AC power supplies. Paper discusses a novel power electronic converter topology enabling high voltage, high frequency operation with resonant, quasi-phase-mode output voltage control. System topology, simulation results and experimental properties are presented and discussed.
