| Abstract |
Fuel cell generator is a good example of a high voltage gain application in which dc-dc step-up converter is a critical part. The input voltage of the converter decreases while the output power increases. It reates challenges in design of the converter’s magnetic components. Scope of this paper is integration of the dc inductor and the transformer on a single core. Such integration improves utilization of the core and windings. It leads to size reduction of the converter. |
